UBU is a blockchain-secured ecosystem facilitating Universal Basic Income. It allows citizens to register for a mobile wallet enabling the transactions of UBUs (universal basic units) . UBUs will be issued each day from a Treasury, and vendor/retailers will be able to load deal specials to attract app-holders into their stores to spend their UBUs. UBUs decay over time, so users must transact regularly to take advantage of maximum value. All transactions will be secured by a blockchain based on BitCoin Core.
